The terms of service are as follows:

Performance Pricing Breakdown for a Business Listing: (With CertaPro Painters Franchise Owners/Multiple Location Discounts)

Set-up fee for any business location:  $500/1x fee

Monthly fee for keyword: “Painters” per location: $400/month

The term of this agreement is month to month and can be canceled at any time. Fees are charged at the end of the month.

Once 100 CertaPro Painters Franchise Owners sign-up: $350/month for Founders Program Members (those who sign up on or before March 31)

Once 200 CertaPro Painters Franchise Owners sign-up: $300/month for Founders Program Members (those who sign up on or before March 31)

Monthly discount for falling outside of the top three positions (A,B,C)* of Google's local business results on searches including targeted keyword and targeted city -50% off monthly fee

Monthly discount for falling outside of the top positions (D-G)** of Google's local business results on searches including targeted keyword and targeted city -100% off (NO monthly fee)

* “Falling out of the top three positions (A, B, C)” is determined when a listing (keyword/location combo) does not occupy a top three position of Google's local business results on universal searches including targeted keyword and targeted city at least 15 business days in a calendar month. Positions are checked once a day (Monday-Friday).

** “Falling out of the top positions (D-G)” is determined when a listing (keyword/location combo) does not occupy a top 7 position of Google's local business results on universal searches including targeted keyword and targeted city at least 15 business days in a calendar month. Positions are checked once a day. (Monday-Friday).
