This is a my version of an SEO Resume. I'm hoping it will get me a good rank for the term "SEO Resume", and why shouldn't it? I cover several of the positions I've held over the years, including my prestigious role at Bozell Kamstra (Bozell was a top-ten Ad Agency when I was there). So what's the point? SEO takes a long time and is unpredictable, right? Not really. After being priced out of the first position using Google Adwords for the keyword "SEO minneapolis", I decided not to raise my bid (or work on my quality score) but instead do some SEO magic on that keyword. I spent less than an hour on it and within three hours I was on the first page. Unbelievable? Not if you have the right pieces in place.
SEO is a great base to build on. That said, SEO is not the end-all and be-all to targeted traffic. Think Facebook, YouTube, Craigslist, Pay-per-click, and others. No matter what you choose, make sure you have the right landing pages. ;)
